Jill has extensive professional experience in personal, team, organisational and community evolution. She is a highly skilled facilitator and leadership coach who draws on robust theoretical and practice evidence in addition to her own well developed intuition.  She has been involved in academic research and practice in the areas of integral passion, transformational collaboration, spiritual capital, life work balance and workforce sustainability

Jill has a passion for and specialises in working with people who are focussed on co-creating a better world. She has worked nationally and internationally with people, organisations and communities including those from the third, government and private sectors. Her natural disposition is one of joy, hope, enthusiasm and optimism.
