SOUL IN THE WORKPLACE is a Cairns (Australia) based facilitation practice operated by Jill Knell.

Jill has a twenty seven year professional background in the human services industry, in organisational development and research, social planning, community development, health and wellbeing. Jill is a highly skilled and experienced facilitator, certified Neuro-Semantics practitioner and Accredited Laughter Yoga Leader.

Jill has studied mainstream religions and eastern and alternate philosophies for many years. Her parallel stream of spiritual development has seen her merge her personal and professional lives into a practice framework of love, truth, peace, and integrity. Her work is built on the principles of action learning and action research and informed by Integral, Complexity, Chaos and Organic Systems Theory with a strengths focus. Her passion is the pragmatic distillation of theoretical knowledge into elegantly simple practice that inspires and motivates others and her natural disposition is one of joy, hope, enthusiasm and optimism.

Jill describes herself as an aspiring organisational alchemist and believes that our work needs to be an authentic expression of who we really are, physically, intellectually, emotionally and spiritually – head, hands, heart & spirit in harmony. She believes that global transformation begins with personal transformation and the seeds for this lie within everyone.
